We help South African companies build teams that work better together, with programmes that start with a goal and end with a plan.
What we believe
A good team day should be enjoyable, but enjoyment is not the point. The point is what happens afterwards: people who talk to each other more clearly, trust each other more readily and understand how their work fits with everyone else's.
That is why every programme starts with a planning call, uses challenges chosen for what they teach, and ends with a facilitated debrief and a written summary that managers can follow up on.
What we do
For more than 20 years we have designed and run team programmes, leadership sessions, CSI days and adventure days for companies across South Africa. We keep our list of programmes deliberately short, so each one is well tested and well facilitated.
We are South African owned and operated, based in Pretoria, and we own all our own equipment. We travel the country to wherever your team is.
Mark Maguire
Mark is a professional facilitator, speaker and MC with more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and events worlds. His warm, direct style puts people at ease and gets every person involved, and he is as comfortable leading a frank debrief as hosting a room of 1,000.
He has worked with Vodacom, MTN, Zurich Insurance, KPMG, Sasol, Ford Motor Company and the Peermont Group, among many others.
