Home / Adventure days
Facing something new together builds trust and resilience. We run adventure days as facilitated programmes with a debrief, not just a day out.
When a team crosses a river, cheers each other off a zip line or plans a route through the bush, they see each other differently, and that carries back into the office.
We agree the goal with you first. Our facilitators frame each activity around it, and the day ends with a debrief that turns the stories into lessons. You get a short written summary afterwards, as with every programme.
Which activities are available depends on the venue. Tell us the area or let us suggest one, and we will build a half-day or full-day programme. Adventure activities also combine well with the Communication or Give-Back programme.
Related problems: low morale, lack of trust.
Every activity is safety-briefed and run by experienced guides and facilitators.
