What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our quote form, by WhatsApp, by email or by phone, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and information about your event, such as group size, date and venue.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote or proposal
- To plan and run your event, including sharing necessary details with the venue you have chosen
- To send invoices and keep the records the law requires
We will not add you to a mailing list without your permission, and we never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with people who need it to deliver your event (for example a venue or a supplier), or where the law requires it. Our website host and email provider store data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and run your event, and financial records for as long as tax law requires. After that we delete them.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. Contact us using the details above. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
