CSI team building The Give-Back Programme

For companies that want a team day with a real social purpose that counts towards CSI.

The problem it is built for

Many companies want a team day that does more than entertain: something with a real purpose that people feel proud of and that counts towards your CSI and social impact goals.

This programme combines a proper team challenge with a give-back moment your people will not forget.

How the programme runs

  1. Build a Bike challenge

Teams earn their bicycle one part at a time. Puzzles, codes and quick challenges unlock the frame, the wheels, the chain and everything else. No team finishes a bike unless every person contributes.

  2. The handover

Once the bikes are built and safety-checked, they are handed to children from a charity of your choice, or one we help you find near your venue. For many of those children it is the first bicycle they have ever owned.

  3. Facilitated debrief

The debrief links the build to how your teams share knowledge across departments, and gives people space to talk about what the handover meant to them.

  4. Written summary

A short summary by email after the day, ready to use in your internal and CSI reporting.

What changes afterwards

  • Collaboration across departments and levels
  • A real, visible contribution to your community
  • Pride in the company and in each other
  • Photos and a summary for your CSI communications

Best for

CSI and social impact days, year-end events with purpose, and cross-department groups.

Related problems: low morale.
