Leadership team building The Leadership Programme
For developing managers who need to plan, decide and use everyone's strengths under pressure.
Half or full day10 – 60 peopleOutdoor space needed
The problem it is built for
Under pressure, teams often skip the planning and dive straight in. Resources get wasted, the loudest idea wins, and the quiet expert in the corner never gets heard.
This programme gives developing leaders a real brief, limited resources and a hard deadline, then an honest look at how they led.
How the programme runs
Rocket Build with appointed leaders
Each team gets a leader and a brief: design, build and launch a rocket and launch pad that meet a set of requirements, using only one bottle. Rockets are judged on distance, accuracy and design, so the leader has to plan, delegate and use every kind of strength in the team.

Build a Bridge
Leaders swap roles and lead two sides of a screen that must build matching halves of a bridge without seeing each other. Clear instructions and checking understanding become the leader's whole job.

Facilitated debrief
We compare how each team planned, decided and used its people. Who took the lead, how were decisions made, and did the team use everyone's strengths? Those are the same questions your managers face on every real project.
